To ensure a majority vote on the constitutional changes we kindly request that all full member schools send a representative from their school to this important meeting.

Amendments to the Constitution of the Association of 91探花n IB 91探花 and Rules and Regulations of AAIBS Ltd:
It has been four years since the constitution of the Association of 91探花n IB 91探花 and Rules and Regulations of AAIBS Ltd was last revised.
Due to the growth of the IB within the 91探花n Region and to ensure all member schools are provided with equitable access to the association the Standing Committee felt it was necessary to revise the current constitution.
- The changes to the constitution relate to the following: Ensuring our constitution and rules and regulations meet the standards as set by Consumer and Business Affairs South Australia (the jurisdiction under which AAIBS is incorporated)
- Ability for proxy attendance at AGM and General Meetings of the Association
- Addition of the Career-related programme to the constitution under IB Programmes
- Clarification and changes to the rules for membership
- Terminology changes to remove gender
